When a customer has never signed up through DASH or DASH Online, they can create a new account by pressing the “Create Account” button from the main page on DASH Online or when you select “Join” or Register” from the Program Finder page.
Another option is to use the Facebook Connect option which will create a new account without having to fill out a lengthy registration form.
Note: If they try and press “Login” instead and enter in an email that is not in the system, they will be redirected to the initial registration page.
The next step in the process is to enter in their email address. This will verify that the email is not already in the system.
Fill in the Adult’s contact information page and click the “Create” button when finished.
The next screen will display the adult account and allow children to be added if needed. Otherwise, the customer can select “Register” to find a program to be added to.
Once you are done adding children, you can click on the “Register” or “Continue to Registration” button. Some accounts may require a Liability waiver to be filled out before registration can begin. If this is the case, you will be prompted to sign a waiver for the adult and any children on the account.
