The Café Supervisor is responsible for organizing daily operations and motivating café staff to provide excellent customer service. The Café Supervisor’s responsibilities include scheduling shifts for café staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies as needed.
The Facility Manager will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, professional services, stock control, supply orders, routine custodial, grounds and equipment for the facility. The Facility Manager will also ensure a suitable working environment for the organization and provide appropriate reporting, performance measurements, budgeting, and leadership.
Youth Programs staff will assist with Horizons Edge youth programs, including Schools Day Out, Parents Night Out, Birthday Parties, Clip & Climb, and any other related activities such as group hosting and special events. Youth Programs staff will work closely with the Horizons Edge Youth Programs Coordinator as well as other staff members.
A Café attendants’ primary responsibility is to prepare food, serve café items to guests, and maintain the café area. Responsibilities will also include assisting in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage area.
The Tournament and Events Team Member is an active member of the facility crew involved in conversion responsibilities and efficient setup, execution and break down of events. Duties require converting facility space into competitive sports venues, banquets, conferences, corporate events, trade shows, etc. and assist in assuring such events run safely and efficiently.
The Welcome Desk attendant is the lead customer service contact for all customers and guests and is responsible for selling all products and services. The welcoming desk attendant will also be a liaison between customers and management staff, performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the facility if assigned those shifts, and may be asked to serve in a dual capacity between the Welcome Desk and Café.
The Summer Camp Counselor will be responsible for coaching, curriculum development, camper oversight, and any other such camp related activities such as adhering to camp policies and behavior management. All camp counselors will work closely with the Horizons Edge Youth Programs & Camp Director as well as other Sports Directors.
