The Facility Manager will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, professional services, stock control, supply orders, routine custodial, grounds and equipment for the facility. The Facility Manager will also ensure a suitable working environment for the organization and provide appropriate reporting, performance measurements, budgeting, and leadership.
The Summer Camp Counselor will be responsible for coaching, curriculum development, camper oversight, and any other camp-related activities such as adhering to camp policies and behavior management. All camp counselors will work closely with the Horizons Edge Youth Programs & Camp Director as well as other Sports Directors.
Under the direction of the Horizons Edge Sports Program Director, The Shenandoah Valley United Executive Director will guide SVU staff in executing their positions in order to uphold expectations in building a developmentally appropriate, inclusive culture across all SVU programs as set out in the operational, developmental and strategic plans. It is the priority of Horizons Edge, and SVU, to promote an environment of inclusiveness and positivity where confidence and enjoyment are cultivated, measured and sustained.
Under the direction of the Horizons Edge Sports Program Director, The Shenandoah Valley United Executive Director and SVU Executive Director, Travel Coordinator will be responsible for leading, guiding, and directing all technical aspects of the Club’s Travel Soccer Program. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the travel coaching staff, conducting performance evaluations, overseeing travel player evaluations, financial analysis, budget planning and execution, and facility management.
