Ganon Baker Basketball Clinic
September 25th – 27th
Ganon trains players from the NBA, NCAA, high school, and middle school levels. His relentless passion, work ethic, and competency for the game has the respect of players and coaches all over the World. Since June 2001, Baker has been traveling all over the Globe, impacting the game of basketball. He has been to 45 countries and counting working with players and coaches on their game. Baker won a state championship at Hampton High School playing against NBA legend Allen Iverson. He began his college career at Duquesne and finished at UNC-Wilmington.

Our sister camp, Camp Horizons, is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is an American Camp Association (ACA) accredited, coed sleep-away summer camp in Virginia that is consistently ranked as one of the best residential summer camps in Virginia for campers ages 6-16 years old. Camp Horizons is dedicated to encouraging campers to be creative and independent individuals, to develop strong teamwork skills, and most importantly, to have fun. Our overnight camps provide campers with a safe, supportive community in which they can feel comfortable trying new things, embarking on new adventures, and developing camp friendships that will last a lifetime.

We have taken inspiration from Up with People and developed a day camp curriculum that is rooted in learning and performing Up with People songs, and dances, participating in community action projects, and creating respect, awareness, and appreciation, both locally and globally, for different cultures. Children who attend this summer program are better equipped with skills to make positive changes in their home, schools, community and the world.
