The operation of drones or other unmanned aerial devices is prohibited anywhere on Horizons Edge property without prior written approval.

Elevator access to the mezzanine is restricted to Skyline Gymnastics usage.

Lost and found items may be turned in to or claimed at the front desk. Unclaimed items are held for a limited time.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Horizons Edge Sports Campus.

Guests may bring one empty, refillable water bottle for use at filling stations.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, drones, outside food and beverages, alcohol not purchased on site, tobacco products, illegal substances, and glass containers

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, and drug use are prohibited anywhere on Horizons Edge property.

Tailgating is not permitted on Horizons Edge property. This includes tents, coolers, umbrellas, tables, and grills

Admission and ticket pricing for tournaments and special events are determined by the event organizer..

Outside vendors may not operate on Horizons Edge property without prior approval

Water fountains with bottle fillers are available on the first and second floors near restrooms.

Free public Wi-Fi is available throughout Horizons Edge Sports Campus.

There is no ATM available on site. The nearest ATMs are located at the gas stations on Valley Pike and Valley Ranger Road near the entrance to I-81, approximately 0.8 miles north of campus.

The Café at Horizons Edge offers a variety of hot food, snacks, and cold beverages during operating hours. Availability may vary based on event schedules.

Horizons Edge accepts all major credit and debit cards at the front desk and café

The main guest entry is located at the front entrance of the building, adjacent to the primary parking lots. Additional event-specific entrances may be designated during large tournaments or events

No weapons of any kind are permitted at Horizons Edge Sports Campus.

Horizons Edge is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility without refund.

Late payment fees may apply to event organizers based on contract terms. Please refer to your event agreement for details.

Horizons Edge offers four parking lots across campus. Parking can fill quickly during tournaments and large events, so arriving early is recommended.

Carpooling is strongly encouraged. All parking areas are within approximately a 10-minute walk of the facility.

ADA parking is available in the lower front parking lot closest to the building.

Guests may exit and re-enter the facility during the same event unless otherwise noted by the event organizer.

Restrooms are located on the main level near the indoor turf field and on the lower level of the facility.

Unauthorized solicitation, distribution of materials, or sales activities are prohibited without prior approval

Strollers are permitted but must not obstruct walkways, exits, or viewing areas.
