This progressive conditioning system develops strength, balance, control, and whole-body coordination through three levels of training. Students begin with breathing and foundational strength exercises, move into work that builds power, speed, and joint integrity, and finish with refined movement training that improves connection throughout the body.
Gi JiuJitsu involves wearing a traditional martial arts uniform called a Gi, which consists of a jacket, pants, and a belt that indicates rank. NoGi JiuJitsu is practiced without the Gi.
